It’s too often we hear about greedy CEOs who get away with paying their staff the bare minimum in order to line their own pockets.
I’m sure that when Dan Price, the CEO of Gravity Payments, decided to raise the minimum wage for his whole team to $70,000, the only reward he expected would be knowing that he was making all of his employees’ lives easier. But he was in for quite a surprise a year later when, as a thank you, they all pitched in and bought him THIS.
Talk about awesome company culture!
