You will need shredded potato, 2 eggs, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, fresh chives, cooking spray, bacon and eggs.
In a bowl, the chef adds shredded potato, 2 eggs, and mixes with his hands. When the ingredients are blended, he then adds parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, and chives.
In a small plastic cup, he sprays with nonstick cooking spray and adds a couple of tablespoons of the mixture. Next he makes a hole in the middle using a dowel covered in foil. He freezes for two hours and then separates the potato mixture from the cup.
In a deep fryer heated to 375°F, he fries them for 5 minutes until the shooters are golden brown. He then adds crisp bacon and eggs.
The end result is mouthwatering!
