This Student Is Facing Criminal Charges For Getting His Penis Out In A School Picture

You’re having a group picture taken and, whilst the camera is being prepped, your mate leans over to you and says “Oi mate. Dare you to get your d*ck out..” you have a little laugh and say “should I?!” then you humour the idea of it before ultimately not doing it and having your picture taken normally. That’s life.

Unless you’re a tool.

Because for Hunter Osborn, 19, when you get asked to get your d*ck out for a laugh, YOU DAMN WELL DO IT! And then you face numerous charges for indecency. Banter.

Not to the Mesa Police Department in Arizona. They didn’t laugh. No, instead they charged Hunter with 69 (lad) counts of indecent exposure, a class one misdemeanour and one count of furnishing harmful items to minors (because some people in the picture were under 18).

It is still an ongoing investigation. The number of charges may go up or down depending upon how the investigation continues.” Said Detective Steve Berry.

And it’s not just the people in the picture that were subjected to unwanted penis. The photo made it to the yearbook with was sent to 3,400 students and their families. It was also in the football program that was sold at games.

It really is a whole new league of unsolicited d*ck pics…

Hunter later admitted that he was “disgusted” by his actions.

Mesa Public School said in a statement:

The district is dismayed by the actions of the students involved in the photograph. Their behaviour does not reflect the values of Red Mountain High School or Mesa Public Schools.

Upon learning of the photograph, school administration immediately contacted police and is cooperating fully with the investigation. Disciplinary action will follow policy and may be based on the outcome of the police investigation.

While the small size of the photograph as published makes the details difficult to discern, the yearbook has been recalled so the school can make a minor but critical edit for the inappropriate content

That’s not all that was small, if you catch my drift, eh? Eh?! Nah I couldn’t say – the photo was blurred.
