This is Yummy!
6 bone-in center cut pork loin chops
3/4 C. freshly grated Asiago cheese
1/2 C. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 C. Panko
1 tsp. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper)
Combine bread crumbs, panko, house seasoning and asiago cheese. Rub each chop with olive oil and dredge in the coating. Place chops on a tin foil lined baking sheet (spray lightly with cooking spray). Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, turning once about 1/2 way through cooking. Chops will get browned, but I turned on the broiler for a couple of minutes to achieve a golden brown color before serving.
