Oh. Em. Gee. This recipe is not only easy and delicious, but it combines two of my favorite things: breakfast and pizza. Yes, it is a pizza. Yes, it is a bacon, egg, and cheese brekkie.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve woken up craving pizza for breakfast only to stop myself because, well…you can’t have pizza for breakfast! The best part of all is how portable a slice of this baby is. Even a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich can get a little messy, but you can easily grab a slice of this and head out the door. Make one of these the night before and you’re set for the next day. I am throwing away all of my breakfast Hot Pockets after this! (OK, maybe not…)
- Shredded cheese
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 2 cups plain yogurt (regular or Greek. Sour cream is fine a substitute.)
- 200 grams of bacon, diced
- 5 eggs, beaten
- Tomato sauce, BBQ sauce or marinara sauce (really any sauce you like with your bacon, egg, and cheese!)
