Like many other novice cooks at home, I’ve always tried to throw the food up while picking the pan off the counter. Food flies everywhere. My friends are never impressed. But using this technique, you simply shift the pan back and forth on top of the counter or cutting board, and the food flips itself! So easy — and so mess-free.
