- 1 pan cornbread (I use pre cooked Deli Sweet Cornbread)
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 lb Virginia Baked Ham (Cubed)
- 1/2 lb American Cheese (Cubed)
- 8 oz Ranch Dressing
- Bake cornbread. Cool and crumble and place in large bowl. Add in onions, bell pepper, diced tomatoes, Ham, and Cheese. Stir until well combined.
- Add Ranch Dressing. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours before serving. ENJOY!
